Overview:
Constance Lake Education Authority is seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual who will provide regular cleaning and maintaining of the interior and exterior of the school building.

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of Grade 10 or Equivalent Education or Training.
WHMIS Certificate.
First Aid and CPR Certification.
Knowledge and/or Experience in custodial environment.
Ability to work with limited supervision. 
Good Knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials.
Good Oral and Written communications skills.
Must submit a Criminal Record Check according to CLEA Board Policy.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of school buildings and surrounding grounds except teacherages. 
Operate industrial vacuums and waxing machines.
Wash windows, interior walls, baseboards, whiteboards, and ceiling.
Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors, stairs.
Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures.
Keep walkways and entrances free of debris, snow and ice.
Clean school grounds.
Check and lock all doors and windows before leaving school.
Perform any other duties usually required of a custodian.
Quick response to call outs.
Follow a work schedule.
