What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and create a warm, positive experience from the moment they arrive.
• Assist patients with selecting frames and eyewear that best suit their needs and lifestyle.
• Educate patients on lens options and eyewear products.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and support front desk operations.
• Process eyewear orders, payments, and insurance claims.
• Perform basic frame adjustments and assist with eyewear dispensing (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming optical dispensary.
• Work closely with the optometrists and team to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
• Take on additional responsibilities as your skills and experience grow.
