INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL POSTING

 Reporting to the Executive Leader of Allied Health and Support Services, the Maintenance Coordinator oversees all aspects of building operations, including facility maintenance, equipment functionality and site safety.

 Key Responsibilities

 ·         Ensure the proper functioning of building systems.

·         Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

·         Support construction and renovation projects.

·         Integrate technical innovations and sustainable projects.

·         Ensure compliance with relevant professional and legal standards.

·         Optimize resource use and collaborate on budget management.

·         Participate in staff recruitment and orientation.

·         Oversee energy conservation initiatives and complete required reporting.

·         Maintain effective communication with staff and other departments.

·         Produce required reports and ensure workplace safety.  

Qualifications 

·         College diploma in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.

·         Experience in electronics is considered a strong asset.

·         Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in a related field.

·         Solid knowledge of relevant computer systems and software (e.g., AutoCAD, BAS, WorxHub).

·         Understanding of cogeneration systems (Cogen), including combined heat and power (CHP) principles and heat recovery flow.

·         Bilingual (French and English).

·         Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and commitment to safety.

 Working Conditions

      ·         Full-time position, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours/week).

·         On-call availability as scheduled.

·         Ability to work in a dynamic environment, sometimes noisy, with possible temperature changes.

·       The salary range for this position is $76,635 to $91,221 annually plus benefits.
